The Nordia powdered range is completely unflavoured and designed to be mixed well into 200ml of room temperature water, or alternatively, you can mix Nordia into juices, smoothies, or cold foods such as cereals or yoghurts. For the best experience in drinks, add the powder to an empty glass before pouring in the liquid, or use an electric handheld whisk for instant mixing.

Nordia’s goal is to provide the cleanest range of supplements, so our focus is to use the lowest number of other ingredients as we can. Typically, when active ingredients are mechanically pressed into dose-forms they require multiple ingredients to hold them together, look appealing and then help them come apart in the gut. Examples of some of the common supplement additives that we will never put into Nordia products include: magnesium stearate, talc, sugar, povidone, titanium dioxide, gelatin, sodium lauryl sulfate, macrogol and iron oxides.

All Nordia formulations contain the amino acid glycine and a form of vitamin C known as ascorbyl palmitate. These are the only 2 ingredients we use as our powder base. These simple, functional ingredients serve to enhance the overall usability of our products and, where relevant to some formulas, we have also called out their well understood health benefits.

We’ve dropped the plastic scoops for pharmaceutical grade stick-sachets to provide measured doses for product safety and quality. The box is 100% recyclable but the stick-sachets and safety sticker seals should be disposed of in general waste.

None of our products contain added gluten ingredients, based on the information provided by our suppliers. However, we cannot guarantee that our products are completely free from gluten due to the potential risk of cross-contamination during manufacturing.

All products in the Nordia range are vegan friendly, except for the Collagen + Vitamin C, which contains hydrolysed fish collagen.

Yes, our Vitamin B Complex powder contains a carefully considered dose of Vitamin B6 - 3.4mg per day, which is double the Australian RDI. This level supports essential functions like energy metabolism, nervous system health, and red blood cell formation. We’ve intentionally kept the dose low, as adverse effects are associated with long-term intakes over 10mg per day - the level at which TGA mandates pack warnings. At Nordia, we’re committed to transparency and using evidence-based doses that are both effective and safe.
