How do I take it?

What do you put in your formulas?
As little as possible. Alongside the active ingredient, we use just two functional base ingredients: glycine and a form of vitamin C called ascorbyl palmitate. We leave out the common additives used to bind, coat or bulk out other supplements, like magnesium stearate, talc and titanium dioxide.
