Vitamin B Complex (14 pack)

1. Adults: One sachet (2g) daily or as directed by your health professional. Take with a meal.

2. Add the powder of one sachet in a glass, followed by 200ml of room temperature water or fruit juice, and stir thoroughly until the powder is mixed well. Due to the nature of this product, some clumping may occur in water. Alternatively, the contents can also be blended seamlessly into smoothies or shakes and mixed into cold foods such as cereal or yoghurt.

3. Consume immediately.

Please note, the absence of common excipients can lead to a less soluble product in water. Please stir well and consume immediately and rest assured, this in no way compromises the quality or effectiveness of this supplement.

Thiamine hydrochloride 15.24 mg equiv. Thiamine (Vitamin B1) 12 mg;
Riboflavin (Vitamin B2) 13 mg;
Nicotinamide 32 mg;
Calcium pantothenate 19.64 mg equiv. Pantothenic acid (Vitamin B5) 18 mg;
Pyridoxine hydrochloride 4.12 mg equiv. Pyridoxine (Vitamin B6) 3.4 mg;
Biotin 30 micrograms;
Folic acid 100 micrograms;
Cyanocobalamin (Vitamin B12) 48 micrograms.

ALL OTHER INGREDIENTS:

Glycine (an amino acid), ascorbyl palmitate (a lipid soluble form of vitamin C) and purified water.
